Squad 2013 Update
2013 has been another busy year for squad members. Regular squad training sessions have rotated between Saltcoats/Ardrossan and Dalgety bay. All sessions have been well attended with representatives of Dojos as far afield as Kirkwall.

The senior JKA Scotland Squad went to Konstanz in Germany in April for the JKA European Championships while the junior squad travelled to Krusevac in Serbia in May for the JKA European Junior Championships. Both squads acquitted themselves well and will have gained considerable experience for future international competitions.
Members of the squad also attended the 10th Anniversary Cup at the K2 in Crawley where they won a total of 15 medals.

Squad training dates have now been added to the 2014 calendar so we look forward to seeing as many students as possible coming along and taking part in this high level training.
All brown and Dan grades are welcome and squad coach Sensei John Deans is keen to seek new up and coming potential , we encourage all club instructors to have students attend prior to Dan test and if you wish to compete at international level for Scotland.
